🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of professional design experience in B2B/SaaS/tech/marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication, or equivalent.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and high-quality creative execution.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; design systems and component libraries.
• Motion graphics and video content experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to explain design rationale.
