Senior Designer, Brand and AI Systems

📋 Description

• Own and manage the brand identity across all marketing: website, events, advertising, sales
• Champion consistency across the company, including sales, product and people teams.
• Evolve the identity as the company grows, and document it so others can apply it correctly.
• Design web assets, including landing page visuals, page graphics and animation, and hand them to
• Build and maintain a living brand design system: tokens, Figma libraries with variables and
• Turn repeatable work into AI-assisted workflows, templates and generators

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of brand design experience, with a track record of owning a brand or identity at an
• A portfolio showing a brand system that grew and was applied consistently across channels.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in real creative workflows (generative image, video, audio and
• Design systems experience: Figma libraries, variables, components and design tokens.
• Comfort building. You can use AI coding tools (Claude Code) and light scripting or HTML/CSS to
• Expert Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud skills, and strong presentation design.
