🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or communication design, ideally in-house at a
• A portfolio showing polished, production-ready work with strong typography, hierarchy, spacing
• Experience working within and extending design systems and brand guidelines.
• Sound judgment about when to work independently and when to seek alignment, and comfort escalating
• Strong prioritization skills and the ability to flag competing demands and trade-offs before they
• Clear, proactive communication about status, decisions, and risks.
