📋 Description

• Own end-to-end field AI experiences and visuals.
• Design AI patterns for confidence, uncertainty, human-in-the-loop.
• Craft mobile-first field experiences for Superintendents and DCOs.
• Apply motion design to make AI interactions intuitive.
• Partner with PMs and engineers to ship features.
• Present AI narrative to executives and teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design with a strong portfolio.
• Direct experience designing mobile apps, iOS preferred.
• Hands-on AI/ML pattern experience in products.
• Motion design skills for compelling AI experiences.
• Excellent communication and executive-level storytelling.
• Comfort designing in ambiguity; translate AI into clear experiences.
