Senior Designer III - Natural Gas

📋 Description

• Lead design and execution of large, complex natural gas projects.
• Develop and review detailed designs, drawings, and 3D models with quality and compliance.
• Coordinate design activities across engineers, designers, and drafters.
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards, including natural gas pipeline safety regs.
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers with technical guidance.
• Collaborate with PMs, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to define scope and resolve challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in design and drafting with leadership on large-scale projects.
• Associate degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field strongly preferred.
• Expert-level proficiency with AutoCAD, Plant 3D, or Civil 3D.
• Extensive knowledge of natural gas infrastructure (pipelines, compressor stations, pressure control).
• Experience applying industry standards and regulatory requirements in natural gas/utilities.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage priorities, and solve complex design challenges.
