Report to and support the Womens Design Director in the creation of product
Initiate designs beginning with thorough research and inspirational images
Work closely with other members of the design team to develop cohesive seasonal product grouping
Hand sketch initial ideas, and computer sketch final ideas
Creation of technical packages
Communicate and collaborate with Raw Materials, Tech teams, and Production teams to ensure optimal

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience in a similar role
Technical knowledge of wovens construction, both casual and simple tailored
Bachelor's Degree in Fashion or closely related design field
AI, Illustrator and Miro application experience
The desire to work on a collaborative and diverse team that is dedicated to doing good for the
Strong communication and organizational skills

Annual compensation range for this role is $100-130k (based on LA geographic area)
