Senior Desk Analyst

📋 Description

• Partner with Sales to structure complex enterprise deals from quote to close.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, and Sales leadership.
• Flag discrepancies and recommend system/process updates.
• Manage deal data quality in Salesforce and drive approval workflows.
• Advise on pricing, packaging, and best practices for deals.
• Join a startup culture and help scale the deal desk function while remote from Ireland.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in deal desk or pricing in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on with structuring complex, non-standard deals; consumption-based models a plus.
• CPQ experience (Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud, DealHub) and quote-to-cash fluency.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen; margin, revenue recognition, risk.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Exec Leadership.
• Detail oriented, organized, and responsive under high transactional volume.
• Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills.
