• 5+ years of professional software development in a production SaaS environment.
• Proficient in Go; design/build public APIs and distributed services.
• Ability to operate autonomously; drive initiatives forward; influence direction across teams.
• Strong collaboration and communication; growth mindset; continuous improvement.
• Experience designing and operating asynchronous, event-driven, or queue-based distributed systems at scale.
• Product-minded with empathy for customers and quality UX.
• Security-focused development practices; threat modeling; handling sensitive data.
• Experience with containerized services and Kubernetes in production environments.
