• Stay up to date with the latest trends in search and AI or observability to cover what's new and
• Build open-source demos and example applications on GitHub that combine Elasticsearch with
• Contribute to Elasticsearch Labs and our YouTube channel.
• Create high-quality technical videos focused on search, AI/ML, observability and Elasticsearch as a
• Explore and explain how Elasticsearch integrates with other tools and protocols in the ecosystems

🎯 Requirements

• A proven track record of creating highly technical and engaging videos — share your best work with
• Strong technical background and experience in an engineering role.
• Empathy for the community to help them solve their issues, provide internal feedback to make
• Comfortable working with a highly distributed team.
• Experience working self-driven and self-organizing.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
