Senior Developer

📋 Description

• Own feature development from concept to delivery, including backend, frontend, tests.
• Design, build, and maintain web and mobile capabilities to meet business and customer needs.
• Solve scalability, concurrency, background processing, data ingestion, and performance challenges.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Care, Finance, and others to define requirements and resolve challenges.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, knowledge sharing, and mentorship.
• Use AI-powered tools to improve development efficiency and reduce operational friction.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Ruby on Rails experience building/maintaining production apps.
• Strong frontend with JavaScript and React, React Native, or similar.
• Strong SQL and data analysis abilities to troubleshoot issues and guide decisions.
• Full-stack mindset owning features across backend, frontend, testing, and deployment.
• Experience with scale and concurrency, including background processing and data integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile practices and collaborative development.
