🎯 Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience designing scalable systems others depend on.
• Hands-on daily experience with agentic AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor).
• Track record building production-grade systems across large codebases with many teams.
• Genuine curiosity about developer experience; documentation and teaching.
• Experience with evals, prompt and context engineering, guardrails; observability.
• Most work is in TypeScript; Ruby on Rails helpful but not required.
