Senior Developer Experience Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and maintain internal tools, services, APIs, and CLIs.
• Improve workflows across coding, testing, review, deployment, and production.
• Create service templates and paved roads for secure, observable software.
• Improve CI/CD speed, reliability, and usability.
• Develop reusable platform capabilities for product engineers via self-service.
• Help engineers use observability with defaults for logs, metrics, traces and SLIs.

🎯 Requirements

• You are a strong software engineer with experience designing, building, testing, and operating production software.
• Proficient in at least one modern programming language; fundamentals matter more than language.
• You understand the software development lifecycle and have improved build, test, deploy, or operate.
• You can design maintainable systems and make trade-offs between speed, quality and complexity.
• Some exposure to CI/CD, containers or cloud infrastructure—depth matters less than curiosity.
• You enjoy building tools and platforms for other engineers and take a product approach to internal tooling.
