Senior Developer, Fullstack - Identity and Access Management (IAM)

📋 Description

• Collaborate with your pod to build and maintain IAM capabilities
• Contribute to backend and frontend codebases with reliability, security
• Participate in design discussions and break down projects into tasks
• Identify improvements to authentication and authorization flows
• Support IAM system uptime and resolve production issues
• Work with product, security, and legal to protect user data and access
• Stay updated on evolving security practices and technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Collaborative mindset and willingness to share ideas with teammates
• Passion for IAM and security; protect users and understand threat landscape
• Experience with authentication protocols, SSO (SAML, OAuth), RBAC, MFA
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Hands-on web development with Ruby on Rails, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, GraphQL, Apollo
• Commitment to clean, maintainable code and strong engineering practices
