Senior Developer (Java/Backend)

📋 Description

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain backend apps and RESTful APIs across the SDLC.
• Build and optimize API-driven solutions with Java and modern frameworks for data discovery/analytics.
• Develop cloud-native data processing workflows and ETL using AWS for automation and scalability.
• Design and optimize databases across large-scale environments, incl. architecture and performance.
• Manage development workflows, source control, and CI/CD with GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira.
• Apply Agile/SAFe practices for iterative development, backlog, sprints, and CD.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software/backend/API experience.
• Strong Java expertise; REST APIs with Spring Boot/JAX-RS/Jersey.
• API architecture and security principles; design patterns and performance.
• Experience with Oracle, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Aurora, or similar relational DBs.
• Familiar with Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS (EC2/S3/RDS/Aurora/Lambda) and IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation).
