Senior Developer Productivity Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and own release services with deployment orchestration and pipelines.
• Build testing infra to speed tests and reduce flaky issues.
• Build and maintain local dev environments and container workflows.
• Create starter templates and tooling (CLIs, codegen, IDE integrations).
• Be the go-to for GitHub Actions and GitOps; diagnose and fix pipeline issues.
• Improve front-end tooling and developer workflows; reduce friction.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building software in production with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals; production-quality code.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Deep experience with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, GitOps).
• Containerized development workflows and Skaffold.
• Hands-on AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) to move faster.
