Senior Developer Success Engineer - West

📋 Description

• Frontline technical expert for our developer community
• Help users deploy and scale Temporal in cloud-native environments
• Troubleshoot complex infra, optimize performance, and automate solutions
• Work with cloud-native infra across AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, microservices
• Stack includes Go, Python, Java; focus on infra automation and resilience
• Improve developer experience and reliability as Temporal scales

🎯 Requirements

• Reside within the Pacific time zone (United States)
• 6+ years as a developer; languages: Python, Java, Golang, TypeScript
• Experience deploying and managing medium to large architectures (Kubernetes or Docker)
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
• Minimum of one year in a customer-facing role
• Strong communication, remote-team experience, data-driven
