🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent relevant professional
• 10+ years of multifaceted program or project management experience, including direct responsibility
• Significant experience leading large internal development programs involving software development
• Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively within highly matrixed organizations, with
• Ability to communicate complex technical and programmatic information at an appropriate level for
• Experience using both Agile and predictive project execution methodologies, including associated

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary of $147,500–$233,000, with a higher range of $183,000–$275,000 for specific work
• Compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the scope of the
