Senior Development Tester

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the team to understand the overall game vision and documentation.
• Identify bugs and assist in developing test plans for features.
• Follow up on functionality bugs found by internal and external teams, and assist in sorting
• Work with others to fix features, suggest solutions to setbacks, and share knowledge.
• Meet with the development team to discuss progress and provide creative input.
• Build test gyms for the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years+ of QA experience in video games, with 2 years of development QA experience.
• Hands-on experience testing inside a game engine editor (Unreal Engine preferred).
• Strong bug-writing skills: clear summaries, reliable repro steps, and good judgment on severity and
• Ability to isolate issues and narrow down root causes, not just report symptoms.
• Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence, or similar tracking and documentation tools.
• Familiarity with version control (Perforce or Git) and syncing to specific changelists.
