Oversee reliability, performance, and security of production services.
Design and implement scalable infrastructure and deployment workflows.
Guide projects from design to production; mentor junior DevOps engineers.
Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to drive resilient pipelines.
Manage containerization and cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP).
Automate provisioning and deployments with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD tooling.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or software engineering with increasing responsibility.
Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP).
Proficient in IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation) and config mgmt (Ansible, Puppet).
Proficient in monitoring/alerting (Prometheus, Grafana) and incident management.
Strong scripting/coding skills (Python, Go) and automation tooling.
Excellent problem-solving and communication; able to work cross-functional.
