Senior DevOps Engineer

📋 Description

• Help engineers troubleshoot problems across the stack and advise on platform usage
• Participate in Follow-The-Sun on-call model: triage alerts, incident management, debugging, and
• Own the path a change takes to production: GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Helm
• Run high-traffic edge and API gateway infrastructure
• Operate internal tooling: Grafana, Sentry, Teleport, Metabase, Atlantis
• Advance Platform-as-a-Product: build self-serve capabilities and paved paths

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years DevOps, Platform/Infrastructure, or SRE role with large-scale high-availability systems
• Experience carrying multi-quarter platform work with multiple Kubernetes clusters
• Deep production Kubernetes expertise: upgrades, debugging, Helm packaging
• Strong Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform, GitOps, least-privilege mindset
• CI/CD pipelines at scale with GitHub Actions
• GitOps continuous delivery with Argo CD or similar
