Senior DevOps Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop and adopt AI-powered tools to improve Development and Operations efficiency
• Collaborate with weather scientists and engineers to optimize reliability, scale, security, and cost
• Evolve and maintain adaptive cloud infrastructure to support business strategy and scalable growth
• Build self-service platforms for scientists and developers to work independently
• Support HPC workloads on SLURM alongside Kubernetes
• Introduce and integrate MLOps practices for GPU-based model deployment on Kubernetes

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years as Platform/DevOps/SRE in containerized cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) with IaC (Terraform/Crossplane)
• Experience in fast-growing, cloud-native startup or scale-up environments
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for service reliability
• Proficiency with scripting languages like Python, Node.js, and Go
• Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment methodologies in Kubernetes
• Experience implementing monitoring with Datadog/Prometheus/Grafana/ELK Stack
