Senior DevOps Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, maintain and support the product platform and operational runtime
• Implement new technologies to solve Recharge's technical challenges while ensuring world-class
• Champion good habits (development techniques, security, tech debt balance, TDD, and agile habits)
• Troubleshoot and debug production and performance bottlenecks across all areas of the stack; assist
• Design and/or optimize processes using AI (e.g., LLM-assisted development, automated documentation
• Participate in a 24x7 weekly on-call rotation, owning incident response and postmortems

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and related technologies (including
• 5+ years experience with system observability; familiarity with OpenTelemetry and Splunk is a bonus
• 5+ years experience in cloud-native environments; GCP preferred, additional cloud environments a
• Experience with Git, source code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and supporting technologies; GitLab
• Fundamental understanding of Linux and GNU tooling
• Fundamental understanding of container technologies and build processes
