Senior DevOps Engineer - Embedded Payments

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
• Own and evolve the observability stack with SigNoz, Grafana, and logging.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Bitbucket Pipelines with guardrails.
• Design and run performance tests with k6; establish baselines and address bottlenecks.
• Participate in on-call rotations and drive postmortems for durable fixes.
• Define and track SLOs, error budgets, and KPIs for payment services.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform Eng with CS/Eng degree or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on AWS experience: ECS/Lambda, VPC, security groups, RDS/Aurora, SQS/EventBridge.
• Production Terraform: module design, state, drift, multi-environment patterns.
• Operated production observability stack; familiarity with SigNoz, Grafana, or Datadog/New Relic.
• Experience running load tests with k6 (or JMeter, Gatling, Locust).
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, CircleCI).
