Operate, maintain, and improve an OpenShift-based platform.
Investigate and resolve production issues; perform RCA.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Manage GitOps deployments with ArgoCD; support CI/CD tools.
Communicate with stakeholders in German and English.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in DevOps, Platform/SRE, or Infra Eng
Strong OpenShift (or Kubernetes), ArgoCD, GitOps
Experience with Bitbucket, Vault, Harbor/Nexus, CI/CD
Linux, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls), PowerShell
Distributed systems troubleshooting and RCA
Fluent German and English; AI tools usage
