Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer, ISR

📋 Description

• Build and own the automation that packages our product and deploys it to on-prem and air-gapped
• Write tooling (mostly Python) that fills the gaps between off-the-shelf tools, rather than only
• Provision and manage infrastructure from bare metal and hypervisors up to Kubernetes, and make it
• Keep cloud development environments fast and disposable, so engineers can spin up a full stack on
• Build CI/CD pipelines that produce signed, versioned, offline-installable releases.
• Set up observability that works when nobody can reach the system from outside.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior hands-on engineer (not an engineering manager or architect role).
• Strong experience building infrastructure and deployment automation, not only operating existing
• Solid coding skills in Python, or deep experience in another language (for example Go) and
• Daily use of AI tools in engineering work, beyond chat: generating and reviewing code
• High autonomy: you find problems, propose fixes and drive them through.
• Motivation to work in new defense: building technology used by defense forces.
