📋 Description

• Conceptualize, produce, edit, and optimize engaging video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and
• Develop compelling opening moments, structure on-screen text, and select trending audio and
• Source and edit archival footage, historical imagery, stock media, and rights-cleared assets into
• Create social media carousels, static graphics, digital action guides, story templates, and
• Apply the established visual identity across all content, maintaining consistent typography
• Develop and manage the content calendar and handle daily publishing across Instagram, TikTok, and

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in short-form video production, graphic design, social media
• Proven track record creating digital content for a mission-driven brand, media organization
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects from concept development through final
• Hands-on proficiency with CapCut, Canva Video, or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong graphic design skills with Figma, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Photoshop
• Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, trending formats, and audience engagement

🎁 Benefits

• Hourly rate: $100–$125 per hour
• Part-time engagement: approximately 20–25 hours per week
