📋 Description

• Design elevated digital experiences across ALO’s website, landing pages, launches, campaigns, and
• Translate brand and campaign creative into thoughtful, mobile-first digital experiences.
• Develop concepts and layouts that balance storytelling, usability, hierarchy, and performance.
• Own projects from initial concept through final production, QA, and launch.
• Adapt creative thoughtfully across desktop and mobile, considering the needs of each experience
• Build and evolve scalable templates and systems that improve consistency and efficiency across

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in digital, brand, e-commerce, or interactive design, ideally within
• A strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated digital design, responsive experiences, and
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Experience designing for e-commerce and working within established brand systems.
• Ability to move fluidly between conceptual thinking and detailed execution.
