Senior Digital Designer

📋 Description

• Own the visual architecture for the Solution Creative Design function.
• Define template systems, motion frameworks, and brand standards.
• Design reusable libraries and modular components for onboarding and expansion.
• Partner with Sales, CS and Solutions Consulting to embed design in commercial motions.
• Translate customer goals and KPIs into design decisions and measurable outcomes.
• Lead reviews, raise quality standards, and mentor junior designers.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of design experience in SaaS/commercial environments.
• Owned design system or visual framework at scale.
• Understand SaaS metrics and connect design to time-to-value, activation, retention, expansion.
• Worked with Sales/Customer Success or Solutions Consulting in commercial discussions.
• Fluency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator; strong After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Mentored and raised the bar for other designers (IC1/IC2).
