🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience as a digital designer (agency and B2B experience are a plus).
• Well-versed in UI, UX, design systems, and building commercial websites at scale.
• Highly proficient in Figma, Adobe CC, and comfortable using (AI) technologies to scale and optimize
• Approach underpinned by clear logic and data-driven thinking, designing with scalability in mind.
• Portfolio includes component/systems work, responsive design, and success metrics.
• Team player who values collaboration and an all-hands-on-deck approach in a fast-paced environment.
