📋 Description

• Design, develop, and QA digital learning solutions (eLearning, SCORM)
• Lead end-to-end eLearning design from analysis to publishing
• Create self-paced, tech-enabled learning experiences
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate requirements into content
• Champion accessibility and learner-centered design
• Apply generative AI to enhance learning design and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in digital learning design or instructional design
• Proven eLearning development and QA experience
• Bachelor's degree in instructional design or related field
• Certifications in digital learning or project management (ATD, CIPD, PMP)
• Strong portfolio of SCORM/xAPI eLearning assets
• Proficiency with Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Vyond; LMS and analytics
