📋 Description

• Own regional business reporting, performance tracking, and diagnostics
• Drive P&L management for the region to grow revenue and profitability
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to evaluate market opportunities, pricing, localization, and ops
• Develop regional strategies to optimize customer experience across acquisition, conversion, retention
• Influence cross-functionally across merchandising, marketing, digital, and operations
• Build scalable frameworks and operating rhythms to support regional growth

• Manager+ level experience, ownership of complex initiatives
• Strong analytical capabilities with strategic and detailed execution

• Based in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles
