Senior Digital Marketing Executive

📋 Description

• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and other platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets while achieving KPIs such as leads, CAC, CPL and CPA.
• Analyse data to identify growth opportunities and inform decisions.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Continuously optimise campaigns via performance monitoring, A/B testing and experimentation.
• Explore new acquisition channels, marketing opportunities and growth initiatives.
• Build customer-focused acquisition journeys and improve conversion performance.
• Manage influencer agencies and UGC/KOL campaigns aligned with acquisition objectives.
• Collaborate with creative, product and cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns.
• Take ownership of projects and drive full-funnel marketing across paid media, SEO, content and CRM.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Experience in app marketing and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs).
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads and other paid platforms.
• Knowledge of SEM, PPC, remarketing, conversion optimisation and digital marketing funnels.
• Experience using AI tools to improve campaign performance, reporting and automation.
• Experience managing agencies and external partners.
• Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, content marketing and A/B testing
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting and turning insights into actions.
• Self-motivated, proactive and collaborative; able to learn quickly in fast-paced environments.
