📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end email and CRM strategy for B2B clients, including lifecycle mapping
• Translate business objectives into full-funnel lifecycle marketing strategies supporting demand
• Develop audience-led marketing journeys using first-party data, behavioral and firmographic
• Build lifecycle roadmaps and strategic recommendations supported by performance insights and
• Partner with performance media teams to align email and CRM touchpoints with paid media, social
• Present lifecycle strategies, recommendations, and performance reviews to internal and client

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM strategy, marketing
• Strong hands-on expertise with major CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot
• Experience developing and managing lifecycle marketing programs, customer journeys, segmentation
• Experience administering content marketing, workflow management, or project management platforms
• Strong knowledge of marketing operations, content production workflows, stakeholder management, and
• Experience integrating CRM, marketing automation, DAM, CMS, analytics, and sales systems.
