📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end email and CRM strategy for B2B clients, including lifecycle mapping, segmentation
• Translate business objectives into lifecycle marketing strategies covering the full funnel to
• Develop audience-centric marketing journeys using first-party data, behavioral and firmographic
• Create lifecycle roadmaps and strategic recommendations based on performance data and business goals
• Collaborate with performance media teams to align email and CRM touchpoints with paid media
• Present lifecycle strategies, recommendations, and performance analyses to internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in French, both oral and written, required for this position
• 6 to 8 years of experience or more in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM strategy, marketing
• Solid hands-on experience with major CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo
• Experience developing and managing lifecycle marketing programs, customer journeys, segmentation
• Experience administering content marketing, workflow management, or project management platforms
• Strong knowledge of marketing operations, content production workflows, stakeholder management, and
