📋 Description

• Work face-to-face with clients; embed with them for extended periods.
• Collaborate in a small, fast-growing team to build our production reputation.
• Lead setup and delivery of digital products: websites, apps, campaigns, ecommerce.
• Bridge Monks with new business leads; present our platforms and assets.
• Initiate projects; respond to briefs/RFPs; co-create pitches and proposals.
• Lead production to ensure timely, profitable delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in producing high-end brand sites, digital ads, apps, and ecommerce.
• Hands-on experience delivering high-end digital work; understands how to deliver tech projects.
• Able to advise C-level on digital transformations and major redesigns.
• Fluent in English and Japanese.
• Skilled with high-stakes accounts; propose strategic/technical next steps.
• Strong understanding of global brand objectives; quick to assess challenges.
