• Define what should be tested and personalized and why; guide teams with optimization best practices
• Build and manage a quarterly testing roadmap grounded in customer research and business priorities
• Initiate research to understand friction points, user segments, and behavior patterns across the

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of growth, experimentation, or optimization experience with a track record of managing
• Segmentation and targeting expertise
• Personalization campaign management
• Customer research and synthesis
• Hands-on experience with a testing platform (Optimizely, VWO, or similar; Adobe Target is a plus)
• Strategic stakeholder communication with Directors and Sr. Directors
