Senior Digital Transformation & Process Optimisation Consultant - Manufacturing/Production

📋 Description

• You will lead data-driven business transformation with Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partners and Celonis Services to drive measurable impact across processes.
• Deliver value through workshops, business cases and executive communications.
• Own end-to-end value journey: landing, expanding, adopting and renewing with customers.
• Develop strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a transformation platform.
• Your role requires German workshops, executive presentations and stakeholder management.

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level or near-native German language skills (spoken/written) to engage executives and
• Data, Analytics, IT: knowledge of Business Software / SaaS, experience with RPA/BI tools
• Process Improvement & Value Realization: ability to identify use cases and deploy improvement
• Project Management: manage multiple value journey projects; leverage Celonis ecosystem partners
• Executive Stakeholder Management: communicate value roadmaps and results to internal/external
• Degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Computer Science or related
