• Drive value, adoption and sponsorship across a portfolio.
• Establish CoEs and coach clients to own value journeys.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of programmatic execution and value realization.
• Broad industry domain expertise and cross-industry context-switching.
• AI fluency; use of copilots and intelligent agents.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage C-level executives.
• Experience with scaled engagement and customer/community enablement.
• Engineering/CS/Math/Analytics degree or related field; German proficiency required.
