📋 Description

• Create and innovate for TTEC's digital channels (web, animation, graphics).
• Own and evolve information architecture; deliver high-quality B2B assets.
• Tell strategic brand stories; ensure cross-channel consistency.
• Design user-centric UI and data visualizations; prototype pages.
• Iterate in an Agile marketing environment across projects.
• Maintain design system excellence; manage UI kit and component library.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, UX/UI, or related field.
• 6+ years of graphic/digital design experience for web.
• Strong UX/UI principles, responsive design, user-centered methods.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator; Webflow; Word/PowerPoint.
• HTML, CSS; familiarity with design systems; WCAG accessibility.
• English proficiency at bilingual conversational level; global team collaboration.
