Senior Director, 340B Strategy

📋 Description

• Serve as the thought leader on all 340B matters with credible experience working with and
• Develop and drive 340B strategy across the regions, continuing to evolve 340B strategies based on
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the 340B program, including monitoring legislative changes or
• Analyze 340B opportunities across the regions, including contract pharmacy expansion opportunities
• Develop customized roadmaps and granular project plans for executing 340B enhancement strategies
• Drive the implementation and track execution of 340B strategies across health system partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Six or more years of direct 340B program management or 340B consulting experience
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Entrepreneurial attitude with a willingness to roll up sleeves, work alongside team members, and
• Highly motivated, results-driven professional who thrives in a team-oriented environment
• Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to lead regional 340B teams, motivate team members
