📋 Description

• Establish strategic vision and portfolio priorities.
• Provide leadership across programs, projects, and delivery teams.
• Translate priorities into actionable portfolio plans and objectives.
• Align portfolio with customer missions and contract commitments.
• Create accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Advise executive leadership on portfolio performance and opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 15+ years leading federal technology programs
• PMP certification or willingness to obtain
• Experience leading and developing Program Managers and other leaders
• Ability to engage with federal customers and senior stakeholders
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DHS Public Trust clearance
