Senior Director, Accounting

📋 Description

• Direct the global G/L close; deliver GAAP financial statements.
• Lead global payroll operations; ensure compliance and scalability.
• Oversee cash forecasting; manage liquidity and banking relations.
• Develop global tax strategy and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Lead annual external audits; liaison to auditors and audit follow-up.
• Oversee NetSuite ERP optimization to automate workflows and shorten close.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.
• Active CPA license required.
• 12+ years accounting experience; 7+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Hands-on NetSuite ERP proficiency required.
• Experience with Avalara, Stripe, and ADP or UKG.
• Deep GAAP, global payroll, external audit knowledge.
