Senior Director, Ad Sales

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing ad sales team.
• Own and grow North American advertising revenue; set ambitious goals.
• Build and sustain trust-based relationships with partners and brands.
• Collaborate with product/marketing/partners to deliver data-informed ad solutions.
• Use performance data to identify opportunities and report results to leadership.
• Represent KAYAK at industry events as an advertising ambassador.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in digital advertising sales, including leading a sales team toward revenue goals.
• Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and evolving trends.
• Track record of building advertiser or agency relationships in travel/meda/tech.
• Ability to use data to understand performance and tell stories to partners.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with external partners and internal teams.
• Experience in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities and cross-team collaboration.
