Senior Director, AI Platform Engineering (Remote)

📋 Description

• Oversee internal platform: identity, rate limits, data classification, audit logs, access.
• Oversee the agent marketplace: registry, trust framework, and contribution model.
• Build pipeline-level AI layer; leverage governance in CI/CD.
• Own the knowledge graph and retrieval architecture.
• Review designs, unblock implementation; set grounding/governance standards.
• Lead engineers; shape AI-enabled software delivery at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in technology roles.
• 3+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Track record building/operating enterprise AI systems (RAG, agent workflows, LLM APIs).
• Fluency in SDLC and AI's impact on software development.
• Implementation-level knowledge of MCP protocol and agentic orchestration.
• Experience designing developer-facing platforms with governance at scale.
