• Lead the AI Transformational team to drive high-impact AI initiatives.
• Champion AI literacy and governance across the enterprise.

• Manage a small team of AI analysts and technical staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, CS, IT, or related field
• 10+ years in transformation or tech leadership roles
• Deep understanding of AI tools, Large Language Models, automation, architectures
• Experience driving AI adoption in mid to large-scale organizations
• Proven consulting experience translating findings into initiatives
• Excellent communication and Agile experience
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
