• Establish standards for scoping, conducting, and communicating analytical work.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to shape roadmaps and testing through analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in analytics/data science with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Expertise in inferential and causal analytics; able to challenge ML practitioners.
• Strong knowledge of engagement, retention, churn, and cohort analysis.
• Proven forecast track record for a company-level metric.
• SQL plus Python or R; proficient with modern data/analytics platforms.
• Experience with Databricks, Statsig, Tableau, Hex, and AI-native analytics tools.
