Senior Director, Applications Engineering

📋 Description

• Define and execute the multi-year product and engineering roadmap across Finance, HR, and Legal
• Partner with C-level and executive leaders (CFO, HR, Legal) to challenge existing processes and
• Deliver production-grade agents and AI-native workflows that use trusted context and enterprise
• Establish a product-led operating model in which business and technology co-own the problem
• Establish software architecture and engineering standards for AI products, covering orchestration
• Build reusable AI patterns and modular platforms to enable fast deployment of agentic capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, product management, or software engineering, with
• A demonstrated record of building and scaling software-defined products and AI-native or
• Strong technical grounding in modern AI architectures (LLM/agent patterns, orchestration, tools
• First-principles product mindset focused on simplifying workflows, rapid prototyping, outcome
• Experience building product-led organizations with empowered teams, managing managers, and setting
• Experience moving quickly from ambiguity to a working product, learning from usage, simplifying

🎁 Benefits

• Salary: $320,000 - $460,000 per year
