Senior Director, Applied AI Product

📋 Description

• Identify opportunities to apply AI across products and workflows
• Translate objectives into phased AI initiatives
• Own end-to-end AI feature delivery from concept to GA
• Design human-in-the-loop experiences, guardrails, and fallback behaviors
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Data, and Commercial teams

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management with AI or data leadership
• Experience taking AI products from discovery to production
• Hands-on with ML/LLM features with Eng and Data teams
• Strong communication for executive and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with LLM patterns (RAG, agents, guardrails, human-in-the-loop)
• Background in healthcare industry
