📋 Description

• Lead a team of biostatisticians shaping study designs and data integrity.
• Provide expert strategic and statistical leadership for Bicycle's clinical development.
• Collaborate with Medical, Clinical Research, and Regulatory Affairs on data-driven decisions.
• Represent Biostatistics in regulatory interactions and meetings.
• Oversee study-level biostatistical activities, including vendor work.
• Apply advanced methods, including modeling and simulation, to design and analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive biostatistics leadership in biopharma, with oncology focus.
• Proven people management of technical teams.
• Develop and execute statistical strategy for clinical programs and insights.
• Knowledge of advanced stats, GCP, and regulatory usage.
• Proficiency with R and SAS; experience with modeling and simulation.
