Senior Director, Brand Strategy & Creative Studio

📋 Description

• Own the long-term brand strategy, positioning, visual identity, and brand architecture
• Lead the creative studio across brand design, campaigns, digital experiences, photography, brand
• Develop and oversee major campaign concepts from initial idea through execution across channels
• Partner with Product Design to integrate brand visual systems—including illustration, photography
• Build scalable brand governance systems that enable marketing and product teams to self-serve while
• Partner with engineering to develop and maintain an AI-enabled, accessible brand system that helps

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of senior-level experience in consumer brand strategy, creative leadership, brand
• Proven ability to lead brand positioning, architecture, visual identity, and integrated creative
• Significant experience developing major campaigns and translating a central creative idea across
• Direct experience overseeing photography, brand films, high-production video, and other
• Demonstrated success building scalable brand systems, governance frameworks, or self-service tools
• Experience partnering closely with Product Design, Engineering, Marketing, Content, Communications
